  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance failures of the product itself, but excludes the following:
    1. Damage caused by human error, such as drops, collisions, or crushing;
    2. Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
    3. Wear and tear caused by normal use;
    4. Damage caused by improper use, environmental factors, or force majeure;
    5. Consumable parts such as accessories and consumables (unless otherwise stated).
  • Remote technical support: 24/7 multilingual (English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian) customer service response, providing real-time video fault diagnosis, multilingual operation manuals, and download links for repair video tutorials; for areas with weak network signals, offline repair data USB flash drive delivery service is provided;
    Parts supply: Original parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period, and the best logistics channel can be selected according to the region (DHL is preferred for Europe and the United States, and J&T International is preferred for Southeast Asia); after the warranty period, the price will be executed according to the quotation confirmed by both parties. Bulk purchases (10 pieces or more at a time) enjoy an 8.5% discount. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), FOB (Free On Board) and other trade terms are supported.
  • Warranty period fees:
    1. Free services include: original parts, repair technical support, and authorized service provider labor fees.
    2. Costs to be borne by the buyer:Customs duties and clearance fees for cross-border parts transportation (unless otherwise agreed), and local auxiliary labor costs for equipment dismantling, installation and on-site repair.
    Costs outside the warranty period:
    Parts fee: As per the quotation confirmed by both parties, discounts are available for bulk purchases.
  • We support international settlement currencies such as USD, EUR, and GBP. Payment can be made via letter of credit (L/C, subject to UCP600 terms), wire transfer (T/T, 30% deposit required, balance due within 15 days after service completion), or PayPal (small payments only, not exceeding USD 5,000 per transaction). For late payments by the buyer, a penalty of 0.05% per day of the overdue amount will be charged. If the overdue period exceeds 30 days, the seller has the right to suspend services.
  • Free services: We provide multilingual electronic versions of the "Mini Excavator Operation Manual" and "Hydraulic System Maintenance Guide" (supporting online updates), quarterly maintenance reminders (such as hydraulic oil replacement and filter cleaning), and one free remote hydraulic system pressure test and engine performance evaluation per year.
