Recently, under the bright sunshine and gentle breeze, our mini excavator factory welcomed a special group of guests – an inspection team from Russia. This group traveled a long distance to conduct an on-site inspection of our mini excavator production capabilities, manufacturing processes, and product quality, building a bridge for future in-depth cooperation. From the factory layout to the production workshop, from technical details to product performance, the clients meticulously reviewed everything and highly praised our intelligent manufacturing capabilities and professional services.

To ensure a smooth trip for our Russian clients, our company established a dedicated reception team in advance, making meticulous arrangements from itinerary planning and language translation to detailed services. When the clients arrived at the factory gate, our reception staff were already waiting, offering warm greetings and a clear overview of the itinerary, instantly bridging the gap between us.

In the factory showroom, staff first introduced the company's development history, core technological advantages, and domestic and international market layout to the clients. Through physical displays, product models, and video explanations, the clients gained a direct understanding of the entire process of our mini excavators, from R&D and design to mass production and delivery. They showed particular interest in our multi-functional models developed for different working conditions. After the exhibition hall introduction, the Russian customers, led by our technical director and production manager, went deep into the production workshop to conduct an on-site inspection of the manufacturing process of mini excavators. From the parts processing workshop to the final assembly workshop, from the quality inspection stage to the finished product testing area, the customers walked all over the core production area of the factory, stopping to observe carefully at every step and asking questions from time to time.

In the parts processing workshop, the customer saw precision equipment such as CNC lathes and milling machines operating efficiently, with qualified parts being produced in an orderly manner from the production line. "How is the precision of these parts guaranteed?" In response to the customer's question, the technical director explained on-site the high-precision machining process and strict parts quality inspection standards used by our company. "Every part undergoes multiple inspections, including dimensional measurement and hardness testing. Unqualified products will absolutely not proceed to the next process." Hearing this, the customer nodded in approval.

The client, taking into account the actual working conditions in the Russian market, put forward specific requirements: "Russian winters are cold, and we hope that the hydraulic system of the mini excavator can be adapted to low-temperature environments; at the same time, farm operations require more agricultural implements, so can you provide customized modification services?"

In response to the customer's needs, the technical team provided professional solutions on-site: "We already have hydraulic oil and insulation devices developed for low-temperature environments, ensuring the equipment can operate normally at temperatures as low as -30℃; as for implement compatibility, we can add accessories such as hydraulic breakers and log grapples to the excavator according to specific needs, meeting the requirements of various operating scenarios." Furthermore, both parties had frank discussions on cooperation details such as product pricing, delivery time, and after-sales training, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
