Stepping into the production workshop, workers in the parts processing area are focused on operating equipment, precisely cutting and polishing each component; on the assembly line, workers cooperate seamlessly, completing processes such as engine installation, circuit debugging, and safety device assembly in an orderly manner; technicians in the quality inspection area use professional instruments to conduct comprehensive testing on each product coming off the line, scrutinizing every detail from power performance to safety warning labels. "To accelerate production, we have optimized the production process, upgrading the original production line to a 'customized flexible production model,' and at the same time, we have deployed key personnel to form a special task force to expedite production, implementing 24-hour uninterrupted production in two shifts," the production workshop director explained. Currently, the efficiency of each production line has increased by 30% compared to before, and the assembly and debugging of 120 lawnmowers have been completed.
