Upon arriving at the factory, the client group first visited our product showroom. Inside, our star products, including mini excavators, mini loaders, and multi-functional crushing equipment, were neatly displayed. Our staff used physical demonstrations and video explanations to provide the clients with detailed information on the core parameters, performance advantages, and application scenarios of each product. "We mainly undertake municipal maintenance and agricultural development projects in Malaysia, requiring flexible, durable, and tropical-climate-suitable small equipment," Mr. Mohammed, the head of the delegation, stated directly, outlining his core needs. The models optimized for high-temperature and high-humidity environments in the showroom immediately attracted the client's attention.

Led by the production manager and technical director, the Malaysian customers visited our core production workshop to inspect the entire manufacturing process of small construction machinery and experience firsthand the rigor and professionalism of "Made in China".

Stepping into the parts processing workshop, CNC machining centers, precision milling machines, and other equipment are operating at high speed, with standardized parts being produced in an orderly manner from the production line. "How are the materials of these parts adapted to the high-temperature environment of Malaysia?" In response to the customer's question, the technical director picked up a piece of steel from the machine body and explained, "We use weather-resistant high-strength steel, which undergoes special anti-corrosion treatment. It can be used for a long time in high-temperature and high-humidity environments of 35-40℃, effectively preventing rust and extending the equipment's service life." The customer carefully examined the workmanship details of the parts, frequently touching the surface for smoothness, expressing approval of the processing precision.

Upon entering the final assembly workshop, workers are assembling equipment in accordance with standardized processes — from the precise connection of engines and chassis, to the tight layout of hydraulic pipelines, and then to the commissioning and calibration of electrical systems, every step is carried out in an orderly manner.

In front of the final assembly station for small excavators, the client stayed for a long time, observing how workers installed the crawlers optimized for Southeast Asian terrain. He asked, "How is the grip of this crawler? Malaysia has many rainy seasons, and construction sites are prone to mud."

The technical engineer started the equipment on the spot and demonstrated the crawler's driving performance on a simulated muddy road: "This crawler is made of deep-grooved rubber material with a widened design. Its grip is 30% better than that of ordinary crawlers, enabling stable operation even on muddy roads."

Watching the equipment flexibly pass through the simulated obstacles, the client nodded in approval.

Afterwards, the customer visited the quality inspection workshop. Here, every piece of equipment about to leave the factory undergoes 12 rigorous inspections, including no-load operation, load testing, and sealing tests, to ensure that all performance standards are met. Seeing the inspectors using professional instruments to precisely adjust the hydraulic system pressure of the equipment, Mr. Muhammad said, "The strict quality inspection process gives us more confidence in the quality of our products."

This visit by our Malaysian clients not only laid a solid foundation for cooperation between both parties but also highlighted the competitiveness of our small construction machinery in the Southeast Asian market. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on overseas market demands, continuously optimize our products and services, empower global customers with superior solutions, and propel "Made in China" small construction machinery onto a broader international stage!
